2.3.3 Updating the Firmware

Note Updating from firmware versions earlier than 2.0.0 require a factory reset after the update

has been completed. This is due to a change in the way that the speaker stores its

configuration file.

To update the firmware from your computer:

1. Please contact VoIP Technical Support to obtain the latest Paging Amplifier firmware file by

submitting a contact form at the following website:

http://www.cyberdata.net/support/contactsupportvoip.php

2. Log in to the Paging Amplifier home page as instructed in Section 2.3.2, "Log in to the

Configuration Home Page".

3. Select Browse, and then navigate to the location of the Paging Amplifier firmware file.
