2.5 Upgrade the Firmware and Reboot the Intercom

2.5.1 Uploading the Firmware

To upload the firmware from your computer:

1. Retrieve the latest Intercom firmware file from the VoIP Indoor Intercom Download

s page at:

http://www.cyberdata.net/products/voip/digitalanalog/singlewireindoorintercom/downloads.html

2. Unzip the firmware version file. This file may contain the following:

• Firmware file

• Release notes

3. Log in to the Intercom home page as instructed in Section 2.4.3, "Log in to the Configuration

Home Page".

4. Click the Update

Firmware button to open the Upgrade Firmware page. See Figure 2-29.

Caution

Equipment Hazard: Devices with a serial number that begins with 2091xxxxx

can only run firmware versions 10.0.0 or later.
